It was always funny growing up because what I thought were cowboy meals was a lesson in economics and not having the funds to purchase the best quality. When I got drippings and outdated bread, to me, it was five stars. Having the cracked pepper milk gravy made that bread melt.
I'm not sure where this will go, but I figured it's time to start sharing and provide others with quick and easy recipes to make the family time special.
